Before coaching, Steph was a West End actor and toured internationally, navigating an industry where body commentary was part of the job. She’s lived the pressure to constantly shape shift herself to fit what others expected.
With over a decade on international stages and years in health and fitness, she knows firsthand how image-driven industries shape how we see ourselves.
Now, as a parent-to-be, Steph is committed to becoming the voice she needed when she was younger. Helping women and young people heal their relationship with food and find confidence on their own terms.
Trained as a personal trainer and nutritionist and now studying counselling, Steph takes a whole-person approach to health and confidence. Especially for people whose brains work a little differently.
Herself Haven is for the woman who’s done the work but still feels stuck. The one who’s tired of fixing, masking. second-guessing and is finally ready to feel safe in who she is.
