Welcome to herself haven!

Helping women find inner peace in their body and mind

Herself Haven is a space dedicated to informing and empowering young people and their guardians to manage and help put an end to disordered behaviours surrounding food, body and self.

Our talks, workshops and community aim to tackle tough topics and create a safe space for conversation, learning and growth for people who have always felt unsafe within themselves. We aim to offer insight so you can make informed decisions that help you to feel more confident.

Whether you are a young adult looking for information, a parent or guardian who wants to support their teen or an establishment who want to do better for your community, we are here to help you grow and evolve into your best self.

about us

become your own self haven

We are here for all the vulnerable chats that we go through as young women.

Comparison, the pressure to conform to societal beauty standards, friendship challenges, food commentary, a lack of confidence (the list goes on). It can be a lot to deal with and we are here to make it a little more manageable and help you learn how to make change for the better.

The best part? We strive to blend fun with information because, let's face it, navigating through it all can get a bit overwhelming.

Wondering how we implement it? We break it down in the most easily digestible way, and guess what? We're thrilled to work with the neurodivergent community.

We welcome you to find a haven within yourself. To feel empowered so you can finally make choices that support you.
